Totally Should've Book TAG

[ Created by emmmabooks from Youtube ]

1. Totally should've gotten a sequel
Nantucket Blue Duology by Leila Howland. I honestly really enjoyed this summery read and I still want to go back into the story. I really want a third book!

2. Totally should've had a spin off series
The Shatter Me Series by Tahereh Mafi. There are some characters in this series that I really enjoyed reading about and I wouldn't mind if Tahereh Mafi decides to write a series or a standalone on a character from her first trilogy.

3. An author who totally should write more books
L.A. Weatherly. Ahhh. I LOVED the Angel Series! It's so underrated, but I totally enjoyed reading about Willow and Alex and half angels. Anyway, that's the only series/books that L.A. Weatherly wrote as far as I know. I really hope she writes more books in the future!!!

4. A character who totally should've ended up with someone else
Oh, yes. So many series. Let's see. I didn't like how these series ended because the guy I rooted for since the beginning doesn't end up with the female protagonist: "The Summer I Turned Pretty" "Shatter Me" "Trylle"

5. Totally should've ended differently
Besides those books, uhhhhh Allegiant. It should've definitely ended differently.

6. Totally should've had a movie franchise
The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. If it's not yet happening.

7. Totally should've had a TV show
The Rosemary Beach Series by Abbi Glines. Hhaha if it ever happens, it should be entertaining with all the drama this series contain.

8. Totally should've had only one point of view
The Summer I Turned Pretty, just because I didn't want to know what the two brothers think. I just hate one of them and I feel bad for the other, so it was awful reading their POV. Lame excuse, I know.

9. Totally should have a cover change
Easy. THE LUX SERIES BY JENNIFER L. ARMENTROUT

10. Totally should've kept the original covers
All movie covers on books I guess.

11. Totally should've stopped at book one
Bared To You by Sylvia Day. Enough said.

Would You Rather Book Tag by RayKayBooks on Booktube

1. Read only trilogies or stand-alones? Both...Well I really like series when I love the book so much I don't want it to end but some stand-alones are pretty interesting also.

2. Read only female or male authors? Female authors. I only read a few books by male authors and they aren't bad but I enjoy female authors' books more.

3. Shop at Barnes & Noble or Amazon? Well, I live in Canada so we have no Barnes & Noble. We have a bookstore called Indigo and I buy the majority of my books over there. I don't really order online so I choose Indigo.

4. All books become movies or t.v. shows? I think stand-alones should be turned into movies and series should become tv-shows

5. Read 5 pages per day or 5 books per week? 5 books per week x) I'm in a reading slump right now though.

6. Be a professional reviewer or author? Author...I like writing my own stories.

7. Only read your top 20 favorite books over and over or always read new ones that you haven't read before? Always read new ones that I haven't read yet.

8. Be a librarian or book seller? Book seller, I'm not a fan of libraries that's one of the reasons why I buy my own books.

9. Only read your favorite genre, or every genre except your favorite? Only my favorite genre xD

10. Only read physical books or eBooks? Physical books...but I don't mind reading ebooks.

This tag was created by a booktuber. Just to let you know I'm doing Ariel Bissett's version.

Your favourite short book (under 200 pages)
Backstage Pass by Elizabeth Nelson. This is an ebook that I really enjoyed reading. It's about a girl named Sasha who has a rule and that is to never date a musician. Then she meets Jesse who is a singer/musician who is completely attracted to Sasha. No matter how she tries to avoid him, Jesse isn't about to let her go just yet.

A book that everyone pressured you to read.
Anna and the French kiss by Stephanie Perkins. A lot of booktubers talked about this book and I had no choice but to buy it because it sounded very interesting and cute. Also, it took place in Paris, a city I'm dying to visit so I thought it'd be fun to read  a cute love story that started in the city of love. I really enjoyed reading it and I ended up giving it a 5/5 stars on Goodreads.

► A book you read before it was cool.
Eleanor & Park. I read it without knowing much about it. I haven't read any reviews or anything like that. I also read it a couple of months after it came out and right now a lot of people are talking about this book. So yeah...

► A book that you liked when you were younger, but you probably would not like now.
I have no answer on this one because if you didn't know already, I wasn't a big reader when I was younger. Actually, I just started reading many books since last year.

► A book that has the most beautiful cover
Alienated by Melissa Landers. I mean would you just look at this beautiful cover.

► A book that you wish was made into a movie.
This is what happy looks like by Jennifer E. Smith. It's a pretty adorable love story and I think It would be really fun to watch it.

Goodreads

► A book that you would recommend to everyone.
Divergent by Veronica Roth. What can I say? It's a dystopian novel with lots of action, romance and many more. Anyone can read this basically.
